Roth Activity Tracker records outdoor activity but does not make a route, road, trail, weather condition, or competition safe. Follow traffic laws, posted rules, equipment guidance, and your own judgment. Do not interact with the app while riding when doing so would be unsafe.

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only your own account. You must be legally able to accept these terms. A parent or guardian must approve use by anyone who cannot accept them independently in their location.

Do not post harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, dangerous instructions, spam, impersonation, or another person's private information. Do not use groups, comments, profiles, or messages to target, intimidate, or deceive people. Report unsafe content and block accounts when needed.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Roth Activity Tracker permission to store, process, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the visibility setting you choose. Public activity can be seen and reshared by other people. Use route privacy controls before publishing sensitive locations.

GPS, speed, distance, elevation, imported activity, health data, and competition totals can be incomplete or inaccurate. Roth Activity Tracker is not an emergency, medical, navigation, or safety service. Third-party devices and services are governed by their own terms and availability.

Roth Activity Tracker may review reports, limit distribution, remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Reports are reviewed in context and do not guarantee a particular outcome.

The service is provided as available and may change, pause, or stop. To the extent allowed by law, Mountain Brook Run LLC is not responsible for indirect loss, unsafe riding decisions, device failures, inaccurate sensor data, or conduct by other users.

Material updates require acceptance of a new terms version in the app. The Privacy Policy explains data handling. Use the Support screen for account, safety, privacy, or moderation questions.
